Day-Of  Wedding Coordinating

The Day-of Coordination package is ideal for couples who have selected all the vendors and invited all the guests but want someone to execute their ceremony & reception leaving them with a stress-free experience.  We typically start one hour prior to your ceremony time, and this includes:

  • One On-Site Planner

  • One In-Person Meeting one month before your wedding

  • Wedding Day Timeline

  • 1 Hour of Rehearsal Coordination

  • 6 Hours of Coordination on your Wedding Day

  • Ensuring Everyone is in The Right Place at The Right Time

  • Providing an “Emergency Kit”

  • Keeping You Stress-Free

Up-To and Day-Of Wedding Coordinating

The Up-to and Day-of Coordination package is ideal for couples that have most of the planning taken care of but would like assistance with the remaining details. We will be the liaison between you and your vendors and help plan the flow of your day. This package includes 10 hours of day-of coordination so you can truly sit back and enjoy your day as well as:

  • One On-Site Planner

  • Up to Three In-Person Meetings (six months out)

  • Unlimited Email/Phone Support

  • Vendor Referrals

  • Wedding Day Timeline

  • Vendor Follow up for Scheduling & Details

  • 1 Hour Rehearsal Coordination

  • 10 hours of Coordination for Ceremony & Reception

  • Supervising Day-of Vendor load-ins

  • Providing an “Emergency Kit”

  • Distributing of Final Payments/Tips to Vendors

  • Ensuring Everyone is in The Right Place at The Right Time
